Taadaah!

I do believe Fiona is my OLDEST OC.

I have memories of making comics with her in notebooks as a wee baby. Yes, she's from 1993! I think I have a Muse comic where she also cameo haha!
Her comics didn't survived several house moves. ._.

• The original design came about because of a little doodle game that my grandmother taught me. Sadly I don't really remember it, but it went something like:

Using the pencil, you draw out the path as you go fetch water and no other chores, but it was in a rhyming sort of way. Sorry Granny! You're still around, but I doubt I'll retain that info if you told me again! My design wasn't 1 to 1, since the ears and eye were de-attached from the main line.

In the comic, all I can remember was that it was her, another boy mouse who was her brother (possibly that Fiona was me, and the boy mouse was my younger brother. we often made up games). It was a lot of observational humor, possibly inspired by Calvin and Hobbes or Garfield. There was a cat character, but I don't remember how I represented them in the art. Maybe they were off camera.

• The first redesign is most likely how I wanted to draw her as a child, something more akin to Mrs.Brisby from the secret of NIMH. I was obsessed with that movie as a child. My mascot, the nim, is partially named after it! XD Though the nim came about some years later in 1998 or something.

• The final design is one where I added in my fave colours, green/yellow/blue, and made her into a monk class for a ttrpg one-shot.^^
