I think this is from 2019, and yes, I thought it'd be funny that some people might just try and get the adventurer status in FFXI, to get the free apartment that the moogles hand out.

And yes, that water dripping in the background is a reference to one of the add-on scenarios. Good catch!

This character is named Naueue, and I think she was one of the silly attempts at a new character that I had before settling down on Jaudielle. Though I also have art of other chars, like mithras, and... more tarutarus. Gosh I really like tarutarus. I think it's because people wouldn't automatically flirt with me if I was a tiny speck of dust on the ground. Though after playing as Jaudielle, I find that hey people don't flirt all that much as I was lead to believe, huzzah!

Ironically, I did get hit on as a lalafell in FFXIV, though I just deflected the flirt.
They called my lalafell angelic and that I was the most beautiful creature they had ever been seen grace the earth, so I leaned into it and just tried to calmly act priestly towards them and then wished them a good day. I still can't believe I managed to stay calm. XD They did end up leaving me alone and there was no drama. ^^
