Marte, in his normal form, is pretty strict and barely expresses joy. Still, he is not evil; his tail is sentient and very joyful and happy. It doesn't talk, but makes cute sounds. It doesn't seem that Catfish belongs to Marte's body; it seems like it's a stolen body from somewhere.
