Illustration of my Blackwall Twins, Amelius (Mel) and Gabriel, simply cuz I thought I haven't drawn them together in years.

These two have the favorite dynamic of some of my characters: Mel is the older, frail twin, who lost his left eye and permanently injured his left knee in an accident years ago. Gabriel is the physically strong twin, but lacks Mel's mental stability as he was involved in the same accident as his brother, but instead of getting physically hurt, he lost his mind over the incident and hasn't been the same ever since.
The two have a weird close relationship, with Gabriel being very dependent on Mel (up to the point that he considers his brother being his only friend), protecting him and following his orders without hesitation. On the other hand Mel puts up with Gabriel's moods and attention seeking personality, because he is aware of his brother's issues – in a way, taking care of him too.
Even though Mel is the calm, collected and social one of the twins, he is definitely the one in charge of decisions as Gabriel has no agenda of his own.
