A proper ref of Cornelius Duke I made before Artfight2021.

I have talk about his full origin so here it goes. So when I was making ocs inspired by Scooby Doo and the gang my brain was like "You know if you do this then you need to make a character inspired by Scrappy Doo?" and well I already on a deep dive on my scooby doo knowledge so it just went deeper. I named him Cornelius as a reference to Scrappy's middle name. Aspects of his design are based on concept art of the monster Scrappy form from the first Scooby Doo movie and the demons that appear in the same movie. Because of this oc and my own research my ironic love of Scrappy grew to genuinely liking Scrappy as a character and realizing he is a fun and good character when written/used well. 

ANYWAY, Cornelius Duke was a military lab made monster created some time after his uncle, Earl Duke, escaped as a replacement. His uncle was big so the scientists not wanting to deal with something big to restrain genetically altered Cornelius to be short. Though they trained him in stealth and espionage since his small size was useful. But they didn't think this would be used against them years later down the line. He grew tired of the lab life and being basically used as a weapon, that and being in the shadow of his escaped uncle. He escaped the faucility though he didn't leave without a bang, which probably killed some people but he doesn't really care. Now that he is free he travels around and causes trouble if it seems fun. He tends to shout the phrase "Welp Wallop!" before fighting someone. He is a little bastard man who will break one's kneecaps.
