I missed a day of Class back in April of 2020 because I was two weeks off of my Lexapro (I was trying to order more and make it delivered to my house but they couldn't because my insurance lasped) so the withdrawl hit me hard bad. My brain felt like too many thoughts were going on at once and that they felt loud. So I took a long nap and sadly had to miss class because I didn't think I would have been in the best mental state to handle being in a social setting even through Zoom. 

I did get my lexapro not long after that day but it was just not a pleasant experience.
