Almost done! Reference 3/4 and now were going feral!

Pretty basic stuff, Penya can transform into a feral dragon due to her bloodline, though she has the same limitations in this form as her 'normal' form. Mainly in terms of she's unable to fly and see very well. She has increased strength due to her size, but that's pretty much it.
