Undertale Pacifist Family is the name of my headcanon future for Undertale - not an AU, just 13 years after the pacifist ending. it's worth mentioning that my headcanon for how monster children happen is non-sexual and involves magic and souls, so any unrelated adult monsters can have kids regardless of gender or species.

admittedly Mettaton isn't the first character I'd think of as an Ideal Father Figure™, but I don't think it's unreasonable that he might take the opportunity to turn around the life of a little ghost kid he saw his old self in. plus I don't ship him with anyone for her to have another parent, so found family it is :]
