another work i am proud of, featuring lu'khaz and his sister roz'var (rosh-var). she generally loves him like a sibling does ofc, but isn’t a fan of his thinking and worldview - namely him being obsessed with being „special”, which keeps him seeking for any evidences for it, and well, keeps him in downward spiral. said spiral makes him deemed as quite „crazy” in their home colony, and the reputation is important if lu’khaz want to take over the leader position in the future. he could hide behind stupid grins, but she knew how terrible he felt, even if he wasn’t greatest person himself. roz’var truly tried to believe in lu’khaz’s claims, but once he started to antagonize his family, she backed off. they grew kinda distant, even if they lived in the same house - and while roz’var started spending more time with her hardworking parents and older brother's new family (talking about nor’berr, he needs a comeback as well), lu’khaz was drawn more to strangers and everyone who validated him… even if it was fake validation. and soon, everything got worse.

lu'khaz's name means "flaming mane" so i can throw symbolism again hehe
