In "Shadow the Hedgehog", there are these alien species called Black Arms Aliens. These are two of them.
Before you say that they don't look like chibis, keep in mind that I could have added more detail than I did. Click on the link below to see why I call what I drew 'chibis'.

If you don't know what 'chibi' means, it's Japanese for "little person" or miniature form with less detail of a person.
