This pretty much explains the red crystals seen previously in the comic. Will those crystals be a plot device, we'll see. Also, the tamer girl is saying that she went through everything with Demidevimon what would have made him digivolve in the games(V-pet and console), the magna, and the cartoon(except corrupt evolution).
