It's most likely too cold to remove clothing to treat wounds; or at least it's better to apply pressure and wrap the wounds with clothes on until they get to a medic.
Louis didn't use the crystals, so he gets to keep it.😉 Also, Louis has a split evolution which it goes like this:

Lucemon ->(stage skip)-> Lucemon Chaos Mode
↳> Piddomon -> ???
Louis is one of those few digimon that needs energy to digivolve and REVERT back to previous stages. This can be both a blessing and a pain in the butt as this means that Louis can be stuck in a higher form which is taking a lot energy to maintain because he doesn't have enough energy to dedigivolve, which could lead to self-deletion.(Not doing a comic about that, by the way😠)
