Rowan leaves the Dawn Garden. Most blooms leave when they are adopted or old enough, but Ro has decided to go out on her own as she is... she has too much to get started on if she wants to be a pro mage-knight-tamer-world traveler! The dawn garden isn't too sad to see her go... maybe they'll get a chance to relax now lol
