Another piece made for the same "Fundamentals of Drawing" class. We were supposed to represent two adjectives using shape, line direction, and color. I chose Poisonous (on the left) and Hypersensitive (on the right). Both were done in black & white, grayscale, and color.
I used acid green and purple for poisonous - colors often associated with dangerous chemicals. The circles were meant to induce a sort of foaming, gurgling sensation and the two converging curved lines on either side were supposed to represent ingestion.
Hypersensitive was represented through eye-searing colors (as usual, my scanner failed to do them justice.) The spikes are angled towards a tiny central point and were meant to evoke a "pins-and-needles" feeling.
The spacing between frames is simply glorious 10/10. Graphic design is my passion uwu
Made with mechanical pencil, Micron pen, Prismacolor pencils, and compiled in Photoshop.
