Everyone, meet the very first iteration of my fursona, midnight! …. She looks a lot different nowadays, so much so that they are separate characters to me at this point.( but they’re still the same as well, like remembering your childhood in third person…! )

This is the first time since 2014 that she’s getting a ref sheet, i thought it’s about time i’d bring her back. I have a lot of fond memories with this design.

• is a cat or a wolf depending on how you draw her muzzle, honestly….. !
• Always meant to be drawn for FUN, never to worrry about anatomical mistakes. What even is anatomy, anyways? >_>;;

• is the child-ghost-memory version of the Midnight of today. Though, she’s not sad in any of these. Always seems to brighten any area she”d be found in, and often times i draw her showing up besides him in times of great distress or fantastical joy. I’m in love with life and i’m not afraid of what comes next, you know!
