An entire research facility off the coast of Ambrette Town in the Kalos region stopped responding to surface calls. They also ceased sending submarine vehicles to the port for receiving shipments of supplies, and the surface oxygen compressors bubbled up with water. Concerned locals and trainers have tried to dive deeper in order to reach the location of the undersea site for gene therapy research, but none have been capable of delving into the depths to uncover the mystery and fates of the scientists below. Crushing pressure and dangerous Pokemon prevent dredging. The people and Pokemon on the surface are going to put their faith in the prototype OMANYTE undersea exploration probe developed by the Ambrette Museum, to find the cause of the radio silence...*
