Another OC of mine and someone related to Sitka's past. Telly is a bit of a flighty guy trying to avoid responsibility as much as possible. He's had a rough past and used to be a grunt in that same Mafia.
Telly a rather gentle souled monster, talkative and spritely. His ability to multiply himself, hence two-time, and being a digital monster, got him half voided through a space ripple. Now he freely moves between universes running from trouble and being a homeless menace.
