C.S. likes to calls himself a purveyor of fine items, a trader of dreams and a master of the deal although everyone else who has ever met him calls him a con man, a swindler and a fraud who has and will sell snail oil, “Freshly squeezed this morning, ripe with snakey charm, only two gold a bottle and you can't say fairer than that, I say, you can't say fairer than that!”.
He is actually a bobtail but has a stuffed fake long tail he likes to nudge with a cane to make it appear it's move on it's own.
