How do you draw glass? How do you draw a glass skull? How do you draw a glass cat skull? That was the thought process behind this character X3

At the moment, I love this guy but I only got as far as his glass/crystal skull gimmick. I don't know if he works as part of Amos' crew or if he is a rival pirate... I do know I want to have him have tattoos all over his body but as you can guess, most of the time in this one was more focused on those first three questions. I definitely want to revisit this one later but for now "Mogg Williams" is the place hold for glass head ^^
