Years ago, when I first rolled up my SWAT Kats OC, Amos Redgrave (AKA Patchwork), I mentioned that 300/400 years before the modern day, he lived as a pirate in Port MastKat where the current day MegaKat City stands. I ALSO mentioned the lad was betrothed to the ancestor of Deputy Mayor Callie Briggs, the head of Port MastKat's Seamstresses' (hem, hem) Guild, Catie Briggs and now HERE SHE IS!
While she may have been a wench, she was also the most powerful kat in MastKat since as head of the Guild she was able to introduce reforms to better the lives of her ladies. Implicating such things as a sickness and welfare fund for the shekats of the port to help them if they can not work, kitt care arranged in shifts and even strike action from all shekats if any of them were mistreated by a tom (which very quickly lead to the other toms seeing to it said tom paying to put things right), all around was a force for good in the Port. While it isn't a life the Briggs' would likely boast about were they to know about it in the modern day, it was as good as she could make it ^^

For all those years the only drawing I did of Catie was... Rough <_< I might stick it in the scraps folder to show off my improvement as an artist. I have become more comfortable and practiced at drawing female characters to truly bring Catie to life. Also gave her Amos' tattoo on her shoulder just to link them a little more X3
