Hello art world... My name's Neil, but you might know me by the pseudonym "John Poop"

I make "cartoons" with pencil and/or paper, sometimes other things. I also write stories about things.. Might post those here too :-)
You may notice I am a little bit of a fan of the World Famous Brooklyn-Based Alt-Rock Duo, They Might Be Giants. I draw MOSTLY them to be honest, like if you crunch the numbers my creative output is probably like 80% John. I do draw other things on occasion! But John's what I'm good at, so I tend to stick to what I know.
I love love love Music more than anything in the world, and I should probably spend more time Practicing it... I "play" accordion and piano and bass guitar and I'm trying to figure out my clarinet.. But mostly I like to Listen to music. A lot. Fave artists are NeilCic/Trapezoid, TMBG, and Logan Whitehurst. But I like ALL kinds of music and I'm always interested in new stuff. If you know a cool album, TELL ME and I will hear it. I always need more sounds.
I like internet whatnots, history and weird little old websites, I can spend a SIGNIFICANT amount of time websurfing dead blogs and suchs...
I like my computer and I like my bicycle and I HATE my cell phone! If you want to contact me you can on discord or by email, I don't like chatting on social media because that forces me to be ON social media.
I think that's my story. I'm going to try and use this as a main posting space for art, just cause all the other places have gotten so crummy as of late (and they weren't very good to begin with.)
