I brought my first TTRPG character back as a familiar to a warlock (a literal hummingbird that was uplifted by a fey queen of spring). In her original iteration, Liru was a thiefling, but in this one Liru was a Shyvan - a race of people from the desert from my SO's homebrew setting.
