Here is Chibi Usa's turn to be customized and restored.

To my surprise, Chibi Usa's hair is in great condition, unlike the other sailor senshi. So I left her hair be, and just repainted her face and clean some minor grime off of her. TBH, this doll's face up was a bit tricky this time around. It took four tries to get it right. I know it is not perfect, but I am happy with the final results for this doll.
