Here is a gift I made for my mother for mother's day.

It is a small chicken planter.

The planter is made of recycled candy container, coated in gesso I made myself, as well as my own homemade paper clay, painted it with acrylic paint, and sealed it with a waterproof varnish.

It took a lot of work, but I am pleased with the final results. I hope my mother likes it as well.
