I found this G2 Lady Licca online, who's hair was in rough shape, but everything else about her was great quality. I also purchased some Sailor Moon doll clothes (both official and handmade). So that all gave me an idea:

Make the Lady Licca doll into a Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon doll.

I re-rooted the doll with Lemon Zest saran doll hair I bought off of Shimmer Locks. I restored her earrings and tiara, since they were basically translucent with chipped paint. The outfit was originally from the Japanese Bandai Sailor Moon dolls, I think this outfit suits her. But I will try other outfits on her sometime as well.

I am glad I am back into customizing toys and dolls. I missed that hobby so much.
