This is Melodia, the child witch of the group, and perhaps, the youngest member of the Kahna army. She reminds me a lot of Eiko Carol from FFIX. Both girls are the youngest party members in their games, both are quite energetic, both can use magic, and both have otherworldly creatures as company (Moogles for Eiko, Mini-Devils for Melodia).
