Here is Queen Mother Mahra of the nixie clan that dwell beneath the Njordur sea. She is the mother of King Volos II, and the grandmother of Platina and her four princess sisters. She is a wise, kindly old mermaid, who is like a mother figure to the five nixie princesses since the death of their mother.

I had fun designing Mahra's outfit. I also like the color scheme of her outfit as well.
