Here is the Momoko (hybrid) doll I made into Rapunzel from Tangled.

She's a hybrid doll you may ask?

Well, I bought a Momoko head online that was left over from somebody else's failed customization of the doll. Her body was in super poor shape, that it couldn't be sold, so I used a Volks Dollfie Elegant Beauty body I have laying around in the default body's place. I am actually lucky to have a few Volks Dollfie 1/6th scale, because for some reason, Volks discontinued the 1/6 scale Dollfies for reasons unknown, which bums me out. Those doll bodies were quite gorgeous and poseable.

I even handmade her dress, re-rooted her hair with a blend of Golden Sun and Golden delicious nylon doll hair I bought off of Dollyhair, repainted her face (which took three tries!), and even style and decorated her hair myself. It took a while to get the doll complete, but it was all worth it in the end.
