Dev is a noivern gijinka but he has a non-poké version as well
Noivern is my favorite and shortly behind is both Noibat and Lunala!
I'm a bat enthusiast, you can expect my team consists only of bat pokémon lol

I want to make a new ref of Dev that has a more dynamic pose
or at least a pose where he isn't standing stiffly with a tilted head B,)...
