Here's my Lackadaisy oc. Aleksei Mitrovic. Born 1902, surviving world war 1. Serbian. Left the country after Yugoslavia was formed to escape army duties and to not get drafted. Now he works as Mrs Mitzy May's car repair man, unaware of the speakeasy she runs and the illegal booze she has her clients steal, needing to fix the car almost weekly. Also he's surprisingly fluent in English but sometimes greets people with a "Zdravo" or "Pozdrav" as a way of keeping his heritage. Also he keeps a secret stash of rakija from his country and drinks it on special occasions.

Also random thought. I'm considering making Aleksei go back to Serbia during world war 2, but just like the story told in Metallicas "one" I thought he could get brutally injured. Maybe not to the extent of loosing his arms legs, sight and hearing but definitely injured enough where he can't really be out in the field working for Mitzy again.
Oh yeah uh spoiler alert, he finds out about the speakeasy and Mitzy let's him work for her directly. Yet again as a mechanic, but also sending him out with the rest of her suppliers to pick up goods as he's shown himself to be quite the marksman after what he went through as a teenager during the war.
