XP MSPaint, which is the superior version of paint,,, I learned a ton of cool tricks you can do, like the right click coloring trick and how to do screentones. I used Sai some but never cared for that program so I was an MSPaint user for literally years

Where did you first start posting your art?
DeviantART in the 2010's, sucks the owners killed their site when they ruined the layout and then further mutilated its corpse with AI trash. That's why I post on here after using dA for 10+ years, AI is when I finally had enough with the shit. The layout change years ago killed the spirit of the site and I haven't enjoyed dA since then...but now you can't even browse new posts without it being 50% AI generated garbage using stolen user data...

Who is your current self-insert/persona/fursona? How are they different to your first?
Don't got one really but there's a few ocs that have aspects of me in them, namely Luna, Birid and Zacc but they are totally different than me which is hard to explain. Zacc and his bug nightmare Tupla Fang was actually people I met in my dreams and his most prominent traits (loving grime, dumpster diving and dirty bathrooms) were taken from the dream. He's kind of a vent for my own self hatred and getting fucked in the head by a bad childhood...Birid is more of a comfort type character that's similar to the good in me that struggles with loads of trauma but can somehow smile...Luna is probably the most currently like me ig, vented a bit when making her, she kinda looks like me atm...it's hard to answer this since I don't do personas and I'm not a furry lol

What/who inspired you to be an artist?
Ah, my cousin showed her art in class and I knew right then I wanted to draw too so I focused on improving like crazy...I always drew but that was when I first took it seriously. We have a lot of artists in the family so I guess it runs in my genes along with all this hereditary mental illness I constantly have to deal with

What tools are integral to your current workflow? (e.g. Programs, brushes, references.)
The program easyposer is like a godsend, I get really creative with the poses and props sometimes...For digital I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab with S Pen and I use Ibis Paint. Pixabay is a site I use a lot, you can find so many free to use clip art and stock photos that helps spruce a drawing up!
For traditional, a cute sketchbook is essential paired with my lovely desk! Right now I'm using Tombow Markers since they bleed a whole lot less than alcohol based markers, but I do use Copic too! Oh and Copic micron pens, sometimes Sakura for different colors.

♡Any tattoos or piercings?~ I got snake bites + labret on my lips, septum, 1" gauges + four 16g on both ears and a cartilage piercing for a grand total of 15 piercings. Used to have a smiley but it got annoying...I got shitty DIY tattoos that I'm going to get fixed in the future + maybe some new tattoos. I did inverted crosses on my hipbones that faded and an arrow that I'm going to change to a cross ring on the inside of my left middle finger. First of all, I used to do digital art but lost my will to do it after AI art ruined that avenue for so many people...So I focused on doing traditional art and have really enjoyed it, it's more fun for me to do so it worked out okay. I love filling up sketchbooks/bullet journals! It's so fun to flip through a physical book full of art~ I got quite the collection of them at this point. Helps with self esteem. One time I nearly filled up one in under two months! I redrew almost all the artwork from the game Slay the Princess. The princess is quite the muse! Doing stuff like that is probably why I got messed up hands....oof anyways I need to invest in a good scanner though, I take photos with my phone and the color is always off which is why I use filters to try to compensate for it. Right now I'm filling up a cute bullet journal I got off of etsy from Moon Lume! That's my favorite etsy store and I use a lot of their stickers in my art.
I love writing stories, usually dark and horrific ones but my recent story I'm doing won't be quite as dark as something like my psychological horror story Degenerate (which I'm iffy on publishing things related to that tbh due to the content, it's fucked) Instead I'm doing a fantasy story! I'm naming it The Forgotten Princess of Spores. Finally writing about something pleasant, lol. It's going to have many female leads because I find princesses, goddesses and queens more fun to write about and draw. It's still gonna have men in it, though.
The story is going to have some magical elements in it, such as seeing into the future/past, talking to the goddesses directly, speaking dragon characters, curses, spells etc and of course apothecary! The main character is always collecting plants to make potions/tinctures and I'm going to make up tons of fantasy plants species! That's going to be a huge focus of the story since it's the main character's trade. I'm probably not going to include much actual magic (like mages) into the world, magic will be a rare kind of thing. There's also going to be a little romance between a cursed girl of mysterious origins and failed peasant farmer sentenced to death with their fates tied with overcoming a curse together, a curse that has ruined the both of their lives. The main characters are Luna Fateseer and John Farmer. I picked that name as an online persona but wound up naming her the same name, but I might start going by Hazel maybe? I don't like using my actual name online. It's really dumb to do that. The reason for the same name is because she started out as a persona in my journal but spawned a fantasy universe
Not sure how I'm going to share this story. I've always liked comics but idk if I'd be any good at making one...I also dabble in visual novel programs despite not publishing one yet. I've always wanted to make a full length one, but I get so overwhelmed....and the program hates me and refuses to work sometimes lol I wanted to make one with a point system that affects endings for my story called Degenerate but I have no idea how to code it, and there's like no tutorials out there for the specific program I use.

The worst one I've ever had...Almost got sent to a hospital luckily I did not get locked up! Scary, though...
