Inspired loosely by Emeralda from Xenogears, Clover is a living nanomachine colony. She used to be a flesh and blood human, but an attempt to save her from a terminal disease resulted in her being eaten alive by nanomachines, which then copied her, cell for cell. Now she’s essentially a shape-shifting immortal, and definitely no longer human.
