he initially grew a silly little goatee specifically because everyone else hated it (even his uncle would tell him, "You should grow it properly or not at all. As it is now, it just looks sad and anemic!"). Unfortunately, Margie unironically loves his dorky patch of chin scruff...and so now he can never get rid of it.
