The time has come once more to celebrate the new year and the arrival of spring, as the dragon passes on the New Year zodiac to the snake.

To celebrate here's my yearly Lunar New Year art with my silly angels! Featuring the Time Lord with one of their sisters, who takes the form of a white and violet snake. I'm not really ready to ramble too much about these characters yet, but I still wanted to draw something personal for the lunar new year. Only thing I'll say is Kronos has four different variations of their mane, and this is their dawn variation. The last two lunar new year arts I did were kind of at dusk/night and I wanted to change the time of day for this year! XD
