A wounded soul awakens from the slumber of death once more, untold ages having passed since Zophar's defeat. Ghaleon finds the alien soil of the Blue Star beneath his feet, and Lunar, home, hangs untouchable in the glittering expanse above him--so close, yet so impossibly far away.

This scene was inspired by my friend indigozeal/R. Capowski's hard work translating the beep21 Lunar interviews from a few years ago, which you can read some of on her website Scenery Recalled!
Specifically there's a line from Kei Shigema, where he's talking a little about what Lunar 3 could have been like, with heroes old and new working to ready the Blue Star for habitation... and he let's this slip: "I also kind of doubt whether that would've really been the last we saw of Ghaleon-sama."

Which was all my Ghaleon-fixated mind needed to spin out a couple dozen scenarios lmao.
