I don't know if this counts since they're more obscure than unpopular and I drew two characterrs instead of one, but I went with Sky Stinger and Vapor Trail as I felt they were fairly unknown or not talked about very much, which makes sense as they did only appear in one episode, but I enjoyed them both and their story a lot.
