drawn for Pvrker's birthday celebration in the Blaseball discord a few years back! 95% of our blaseball blorboposting was about the Wyatts Mason, but Pvrker won us over in Season 24 (Microphone and clone angst potentially related) so we wanted to join in the festivities with art of him to celebrate :3

the answer to "why does he look like that" is that the ILB messed up big time trying to reconstitute him from what was left of P4rker, so he's partially dissolved into coffee. it makes doing paperwork very hard but he's doing his best regardless because the commissioner is doing a great job. the multiple asymmetric eyes is because uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
