It is lent already so I feel a little guilty about it, but since I saved up some money for charity I thought 10$ are not too much to spend on a little treat.
I already learnt some tunes and honestly love this little thing, it is so much fun. Music in general brings me back to the time when I first started drawing, whimsy and joy after each little step again just like back then when I bought my first cheap drawing tablet.
On the topic of lent it feels great, I love to discard some superficial and hedonistic parts of my life in favor of simpler things, stoping for a moment and thinking how my decisions impact others and how I could, in a small way, help someone out.
My priest said on the previous week's mass that you shouldn't restrict yourself to the point where you feel hatred towards yourself or others because you don't do something you made yourself do, and it was heartwarming to hear :D Your impact is valuable even if it's small, just do something for others because it will make you happy, don't sacrifice yourself.
Church really makes life feel better :D
