Marlowe, or as he's more frequently known, "the Marionette Maestro," is an odd fellow. He seems at first to be a playful maestro who uses puppets in his plays, promising fun and delight for those who want to enter his world.

However, at his core, he's nothing more but a weird, twisted, and demented (literal) puppet master, childish and unable to comprehend the thoughts of others due to his own paranoia and worries, and long since caring about others (despite thinking otherwise), instead only thinking about himself and the praise of his plays and perfect world. He forces others to play his “games” whether they like it or not, and, when finished, disposes of them, like the toys he sees them as, for who knows how long until he feels like playing with them again.

He firmly believes that he’s not perfect nor is he in a perfect world, and for that reason, desires to make his creations “perfect” and put them in his world to ensure they’ll remain happy… though in reality, all he’s doing is (literally) puppeting them around and pretending he’s them to get away from his own insecurities.

• While Marlowe's design was made by Chris Zito, his basic idea and Marlowe as a character belong to me.
