GAHD, this turned out way better than I was originally thinking it would. It was an excellent practice for me as far as facial structures/proportions and color theory with skin tones. I'm so happy with it.

Tab is a canon pokemon character, although I've done a lot of expansion with him. He was the Team Magma team lead in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire.
