a breadth I did for my studio art class in 2018 (oh god that was 6 years ago...) to show how awesome I was at drawing plants. The plant in question was a succulent that resided on my desk for good couple years... until I over-watered it one day and it died :"(
At the time I had misidentified the plant as pachyphytum compactum ("little jewel", hence the title), but a quick google search now tells me it was actually most likely pachyphytum glutinicaule ("sticky moonstone")... oops
done with a grey colored pencil, with black and white colored pencils used sparsely for some deeper shadows and highlights
