Gale is a character that I've always had a hard time drawing.

His design is a constant work in progress. While I feel satisfied with his design at the moment I may end up changing it again. I already have some ideas for him. Drew them in their standard form. (default appearance)

With this chibi I tried to do a bit more than the last ones by adding a prop. It's an apple that Gale used his powers on, making crystals grow out of it.

He's sort of an initial villain/rival character to Sonar. Originally the previous Guardian of Umbra before Sonar, the world of Umbra was much different than it is during the story these 2 are in, monsters were more aggressive, the environment was worse, his appearance and powers reflected a forgotten era of Umbra. He eventually went into a hibernating state deep underground before Sonar existed.

Gale's bitter of Sonar's whole existence and he considers them "weak." They end up fighting cause of that and a whole lot of other stuff.
