most of my stickers are hand drawn with pencil/pens and markers. i then use self adhesive laminating paper to seal it to parchment paper. they're not vinyl stickers, so they're probably not water proof.

i do have a few vinyl stickers that i drew the design for on the computer and sent it away and had it made into some stickers. i sell those too but those are limited and i can't do it often because i don't have an income at the moment.
