Coelophysis was a slender and agile theropod dinosaur, roaming the Triassic landscape around 210 million years ago, hunting small prey. It inhabited diverse environments ranging from scorching deserts to wet floodplains in what is now North America. It was once believed that these likely gregarious or social theropod dinosaurs cannibalized on their own offspring though new paleontological evidence proved they were preying on crocodylomorphs instead.

The coloring is based off Walking with Dinosaurs
