The Skye terrier is one of the rarest terrier breeds and one of the most endangered native breeds in Scotland. This terrier originated in the isle of Skye in Scotland where it flushed out rats and other vermin. It's best known for its ears that look like bat wings and for its luxurious grey, black or white coat.
