Alto is a calm and collected Altaria who has traveled the world on the wind and now helps their partner, Cadence, run a village in Eterna. He acts as a sort of father figure to various Pokémon in the village, having gone through his own personal journey of growth, having formerly had a short fuse. The clouds around their body reflect their emotions and the weather, often resting at gentle dark clouds on a clear day.
