This is Swan (any pronouns), a parasitic shapeshifting monster called a mockerie. They take various forms depending on the purpose but their true form resembles a three-eyed monstrous thing that vaguely resembles a bird (inspiration from prehistoric raptors and birds like herons).

In personality they are pretty rancid, being mischievously playful at their best and murderously gluttonous at their worst. They have an ego around their coloration, something they have history being both shunned and admired for in different social circles, and are easily swayed with a compliment here or there.

Overall though: Bastard bird.
