At last, the final ref sheet! Introducing Ryzac, the antagonist of the 2nd part of the story!
Ryzac is a mysterious vagabond who hails from Natlan. He travels from town to town, from nation to nation, yet not much is known about him. To most people, he is nothing more than a nonchalant, eccentric individual. However, only a few are aware that many atrocities that happened across Teyvat are all his doing.
The truth is that Ryzac is a selfish and ruthless opportunist who holds no empathy for others, nor does he see value in people. He does not abide by and norms, standards or laws, and they will not stop him from getting what he wants. Despite his cruelty, Ryzac isn't necessarily sadistic - hurting others does not bring him any joy or fulfillment; he sees it as a 'chore' or 'necessity' to achieve his goals.
Even though he often uses their presence and talking to pass time, Ryzac has no trust in people. In the end, he's a solitary soul who prefers to travel on his own and keep others at a distance.
