Hanako has dreamed of becoming a magical girl... at least, in her childhood. However, after learning that magical girls - and even magical boys and magical users of other genders - exist in her reality in the form of two opposing forces known as Angels and Witches, she agrees to go through a trial where she is to interact with other magical users and then be judged by the Council on account of her moral alignment.
