My partner and I are fully playing through Ar Tonelico: Melody of Elemia for the first time. Partially because I don't draw enough EXA_PICO fan art and also because I'm getting the joy of art back in my soul, I drew Misha Arsellec Lune whose path we chose first. I've loved this universe for a long time, but I've never actually fully played through any of the original trilogy except for Qoga.

I drew small Misha first because she's funny and reminds me a bit of Midna. I dunno if I'll spend this much time if/when I do her true form; this was also a bunch of experiments with different shading techniques and stuff after not finishing anything for so long. I also included the original sketch scan, a monochrome version, and then some fun with gradient maps on the final version. I've just been happy to draw, and happy about that, so I went ham. I must add that the game's text was not very well localized, and there's a project in the fandom to retranslate and improve the game that I wish I knew about sooner because I probably would have waited to start the game lol
